U R The Future Charity’s mission statement includes our 5 values and 2 principles: URTFC elevates Self-Worth in everyone, also known as “It takes a village to raise a child.” URTFC has to be inclusive so we will be the most effective non-profit and provide the greatest possible future. URTFC does this by giving Opportunities, and then by Educating them on the Opportunities. Once a person has an Opportunity and is Educated, URTFC will instill Commitment, overall providing everyone the tools they need to achieve the Quality of Life they deserve, also known as “teach a person how to fish, so they can provide for themselves and others.”

    • Licensed Child Care Provider
      • Feb 2005 - Jun 2011

Aaron, and I wanted to create a way for me to create an income, and be able to keep my education up. We started by passing out flyers stating: We have 24/7 availability, and we leave the price up to you. 5 months in we decided to apply for a licence due to the fact we constantly had 4-8 children in the home at a time. After getting licensed we created the "date night program" a program that rocketed Stacey's IHC to one of the top Childcare's in Sacramento county. Over the 6 years we had over 700 families, that = to over 1,000 children, and halfway through this experience we decided to become foster parents. Closing Stacey's in Home Child Care was one of the hardest decisions we made, but so our new goal is to Help children in a more effective way through U R The Future Charity.

    • Parents
      • Dec 2008 - Apr 2011

Aaron, and I had it all. We chose to become Foster parents in results of our success, passion for helping children, knowledge in college ECE degrees, and the persistent encouragement from everyone to become foster parents. We became the youngest Foster parents in Sacramento county history. Our duties consisted in everything a parent should do, plus more. We asked for the most broken children that other foster parents said could not be helped. We had 100% success rate of making the Children feel as a child should. As we neared our end, we decided that we are not helping the children as much as we could long term. This is one of the strongest reasons for the creation of URTFC.org. "Helping the children was great, but sending them back to people that will regress them is awful."Even though we no longer are foster parents, we plan on working with foster agencies through URTFC, and adopting children of our own.

Aaron and I created this House cleaning company as a way to help my family build an income and become financially secure. I did all the Managing, plus in home cleaning services. I would leave the price up to the customer, and guaranteed the fastest, cleanest, and overall best experience cleaning service. 3 months in we were booked, and had the privilege of hiring community members. we had referrals to celebs, political figures, and great homes. This allowed us to make sure the customers that needed great deals, got them. Number one goal was Customer Satisfaction.
