Stacey is a tremendous recruiter. While working with her I observed an approach to recruitment that could be applied to any industry and for every level of an organization. She was methodical and tenacious while sourcing, and made sure she treated each candidate like they were the only person who mattered. Stacey researches the role to understand the integral responsibilities, to find the most capable candidate available. Beyond her recruitment skills, she is a natural leader. She helped mentor junior members of her team and those teams throughout the corporate office.
