I am currently mentor to Stacey through the Manchester Gold programme at the University of Manchester. Quite often in these kinds of programmes, you can be paired with students who do not take it seriously. From the moment I met Stacey, I knew she was keen and eager to learn and develop herself. In the short time I have known Stacey, I can see she is able to build strong relationships quickly. She has gained many transferable skills through her work experiences and once she has graduated, she will be seeking to apply these skills within her chosen career field.
