Managing all projects up to the value of 1.6 million GBP to ensure on time and budget Setting out jobs, ordering and supplying materials and ensuring all invoicing and payroll was correct and upto date. Quality control on all projects to keep a high standard of workmanship to ensure repeat business from valued clients. Preparing method statement, risk assessments and toolbox talks alongside OH&S advisors subcontracted by myself.
