  I was in charge of 2 evenings classes a week (2 hours each) a beginners and a continuers one. I taught adults with a wide range of technology tools (interactive board, Quizlet, powepoint) to enable them to speak with confidence and understand more French.   I have been teaching ADULTS OF DIFFERENT NATIONALITIES AND ALL LEVELS, FACE TO FACE AND IN GROUPS, with a “homemade” COMMUNICATIVE AND PERSONALIZED METHOD ALIGNED WITH THE COMMON EUROPEAN FRAMEWORK OF REFERENCE FOR LANGUAGES (CEFR). The teachers' joint aim is to provide students solid knowledge and to quickly GIVE THEM CONFIDENCE IN SPEAKING. The courses cover : GRAMMAR, PHONETICS and CULTURAL ACTIVITIES to develop their ORAL and WRITTEN UNDERSTANDING and EXPRESSION. Throughout this 8-year period I have been MANAGING PLENTY OF TEACHING and STUDENTS NEEDS that I had to take account of. For each monthly schedule, I have been CO-ORDINATING the TESTING of the STUDENTS before ORGANIZING the PLACEMENT of STUDENTS in CLASSES and I have been IN CHARGE OF MY OWN MONTHLY CONTENT PROGRAMM (80 hours). I HAVE BEEN CREATING : A WIDE RANGE OF ACTIVITIES (audio exercises, games, songs, movies) and SUPPORTING MATERIALS (article, literature text) to teach students more about French communication and CULTURE and INTERCULTURE. I also have been teaching students who had SPECIFIC LEARNING NEEDS : I have been training them for the following examinations : the Diplôme d’Etudes de Langue Française (DELF) and Diplôme Approfondi de Langue Française (DALF). I have been preparing them to APPLY FOR A JOB, and to WORK IN A FRENCH WORKPLACE dealing with phone and e-mail communication.
