The quality of data fetched from such conversations is 10 times better than that with any survey. We track the entire life cycle of an employee from hiring to exit and the analytics provided is customized to verticals, functions, location or country depending on the need of the client. Using our solution the clients can create a positive employer branding by capturing the candidate experience during the interview, employee feedback during any change management and also capture the result of the exit interview. this provides a comprehensive, holistic view to the organization.
