Ian Wray

Stephan is one of those rare CEOs who is down to earth and approachable on any kind of business or personal matter. He has a very human touch to his management style and as such is able to gain the respect and support of his staff and to keep their morale and motivation levels up. During my time working for Stephan, he proved to be a great asset in helping to cement high level relationships with customers and partners. I quickly learnt how knowledgeable he is about the industry and had visionary ideas about its future trends. This went a long way to explain why he is a who's who of the industry. In my opinion, he is most definitely an asset to lead any company which needs strong and effective leadership.

DAVID Systems offers software products and services to the broadcast industry, which are based on open IT standards. The solutions are used by Radio and TV stations for the acquisition, management, desktop production and delivery/ broadcast of digital media.Over the last years DAVID Systems has significantly expanded.
