Hired to maintain and support several critical technology systems, i.e. Email and VOIP; Implemented over 20 server class business solutions and managed the deployment to the desktop environment. Administer 65 Windows 2003/2008 servers and 11 ESXi/VSphere Host servers running on a combinaton of IBM Blade and X series servers and HP DL series servers, Manage the deployment of applications to 175 workstations running on Dell hardware. Support a mobile fleet of 80 business class laptops, 25 iPhone and 70 Blackberry devices. Collaborate with partner vendors to identify solutions that match business needs and build proof of concepts. Supervise Helpdesk environment and assist with advanced troubleshooting of escalated issues. Maintain technical infrastructure in over 5 separate sites.
