Roles and Responsibilities: - Analyzing the requirements from clients and getting resources from various mediums (job portals, LinkedIn, job posting, partners) as per the client requirements - Initial screening of the candidates with respect to their skill set suitability, communication, joining reliability etc - Scheduling and coordinating technical discussions - Proposing and convincing the candidates for Sweden payroll - Modifying candidate's CV based on European format - Scheduling and coordinating interviews with European Clients - Good knowledge on On Boarding process (till the candidate joins at client place in Sweden) Show less
