As an Assistant Store Manager at Lowe's, I partnered with the Store Manager to oversee all daily store operations. I supervised and mentored a team of 79 front-end, delivery, and installation sales employees. I also drove cost-cutting, employee retention, customer service training, merchandising, and P&L functions. In 2012, I was selected to open and co-manage this new store in Silverthorne, CO based on my industry knowledge in garden area, plumbing, and electrical. I hired and trained 50+ employees prior to the store opening, and ensured each associate was well trained in the basics of business, product knowledge, and requisite computer courses. Key Contributions:- Generated $27M and exceeded 1st year revenue goals by 22% through ongoing coach, training, and lessons learned discussions.
