I am looking out for novel protiens, peptides, folds or motifs from the already existing unused genomic DNA sequences of various organisms.During the past two and half years learned how to install OS (both Windows and Linux), installation of programs on both OS, usage of linux commands, exclusive functions of Excel, usage of linux commands, MySQL for database creation and updation, stand alone blast, UNA Fold on fedora, creation of HTML pages, sequence analysis and structure prediction.Created an online database of intergenic sequences of Escherichia coli K12 MG1655 - named as ECOLIGS. On an average verification of some 150 abstract per day was done. E-mailing correspondence with client, setting the targets to the team members, building excel sheets that analyze the performance of the team members and sets target for the coming days based on performance for a given month, setting of targets for each month and assuring the team accomplishes the target, regular analysis of the work, training new members in the work, preparation of manuals from the work done.
