  Analysis of multistate models by solving differential equations under the Bayesian paradigm with Dr. Ulrich Beyer, Roche. Performed survival analysis of three and four state processes under the Bayesian framework by solving a system of differential equations under the effect of treatment covariates as non-parametric, semi-parametric and parametric models using Stan and R softwares. Implementation of Bayesian Models using Stan instead of NIMBLE/JAGS packages in R reduced computational times by 70% (~2 days to ~7 hours). Show less

  In this project, as a team of three, we provided statistical consulting to the Regional Employment Centre, Zurich. Developed a forecasting tool in Shiny App to generate predictions of performance metrics in the future. The core program in R, compared 6 different time series analysis techniques and chose the optimal one by cross validation.
