Consultant must ensure - sampling strategy is correctly implemented, data collection staff are following protocols, Overseeing data entry. Consultant must ensure – data is entered using templates provided, quality control measures are implemented (e.g. double entry) Data cleaning. Consultant is to conduct data cleaning. Consultant must send copies of clean data files to the SO by deadline in workplan. Data analysis. Consultant is to conduct data analysis, including frequencies and cross tabs. Consultant must share summary statistics produced, with the SO during the data analysis period. Consultant must respond to any queries from SO for clarification of data and analyses conducted. Draft report (national). Consultant must prepare a draft report that includes tables of data, summaries of qualitative results and brief interpretations of findings. The draft report must be sent to the national project manager by the specified deadline. Feedback and interpretation meeting. The consultant must spend at least one day with the national project manager (and other staff invited by the project manager) to discuss the findings - what they mean in the context, implications for programming and suitable recommendations. The consultant is responsible for documenting these discussions, unless otherwise agreed with the national project manager. Final report (national). The consultant must incorporate the discussion from the feedback and interpretation meeting into the final report. This may involve running further analyses of the data.
