Srishti worked with me in my team for almost a year. She has been a resourceful asset to the team and would get the work done whenever she was tasked with one. She has a keen interest in statistical algorithms and technologies and uses them to the best of her ability to solve a given problem. Her strength lies in learning algorithms and technologies fast so that she can use them in any problem. Srishti was never shy to go over and beyond to explore unknown algorithms & technologies. Along with her technical acumen, her deep business understanding helped in having a perfect blend of techno-business perspective to solve any data science problem.

I worked with Srishti for an Automotive client to provide data-driven solutions. It's always been a pleasure working alongside her owing to her problem-solving skills, passion to deliver end to end solution, in-depth understanding of the techniques. Her quick learning capabilities reflected her picking up multiple technologies for data sciences (R and Python) when required. Detailed understanding of the data science algorithms (Random Forest, XGBoost) along with technical know-how was quite helpful when she implemented the solutions in a reproducible and scalable manner. Overall she's a great addition to every data science team to help grow in multiple aspects

As an NLP Engineer in the R&D team at RepTrak, I am developing new pipelines for solving business reputation problems for our clients using survey data (quantitative data), mainstream and social media data. I am also responsible for collaborating with the product team, data engineering teams and client facing teams to understand the requirements of new features and modules in the product and designing the solution approach for the same. I am also developing an LLM-based QA retrieval system from internal data sources. I have deployed production-level models and data pipelines using the AWS cloud services, thus giving me experience with both scale and criticality of production level data pipelines. Show less

This is a voluntary role for a 501(c)3 organization that works in the video game industry. I have working experience in the video game industry as well where I develop and work with datasets like a corpus of ~1k research articles, to create a feature engineering and extraction pipeline to create retrieval systems for research in the industry. I am also developing on a gamer motivation model to extract both intrinsic and continual gamer player motivation traits based on game characteristics and player behavior during game play. I am also working on establishing a causal relationship between game characteristics and human behavior and problems (like health, social, behavioral and economic issues). I am designing, executing and deploying data pipelines for several important problems in this space. Show less

As a part of a 15 member team in Mu Sigma, I solved business, mathematical and technological problems for a leading Fortune 10 automobile maker: Demand Forecasting and Pricing Audit Analysis: using test control analysis and time-series forecasting Fraud Detection: Post research of the automotive dealership sector and the automotive parts supply chain, we used hypothesis testing and anomaly detection to identify dealer frauds in terms of sales and loyalty manipulations Dashboard creation: Using an RShiny platform, a dashboard was created by us to display the results of the Fraud Detection project. It was a user-interactive dashboard to display cases of fraud at various levels I&D project (Part rationalization): Find part redundancies in the automotive part manufacturer’s part universe, using machine drawings of automotive parts, on the basis of geometry and functionality. Consignment Operation Reporting: Using Excel and VBA, we automated a reporting tool that the client used to manage its consignment operations Emerging Safety Analytics: We used different data sources like Customer Complaints/Reviews, Sales Data, Design, and Manufacturing data, to predict vehicular recalls due to manufacturing faults and defects. We used topic modelling to extract patterns from customer complaint data and augmented the results using analysis from alternative data sources. Inventory Reduction due to Back-to-Stock problem: We helped reduce inventory wastage by reducing the Back to Stock (excessive) orders to Processing Centers of the auto-giant. We gained a complete understanding of the Inventory and Supply Chain dynamics of the firm to first create an exhaustive analytical dataset for the exercise, conduct hypothesis tests and design recommendations to reduce excessive orders.
