Mireia Perera González
I had the pleasure to work with Srishti for 2 years in the Bioengineering Graduate Student Council, during her trajectory as a Jr & Sr Masters Representative. Srishti demonstrated a strong ability to lead in the department and improve the experience of her BIOE fellows, particularly the masters. She has a strong attention to detail and goes above and beyond to make things happen. She also successfully trained the continuing MS Representative, leaving sort of a legacy behind her. She is definitely missed in the Council, but her documentation and strong communication skills facilitated the transition towards a new Rep and certainly accelerated their learning curve. Srishti is a great asset to any team she will be part of!
