I study the genetic basis of quantitative trait variation using the "100-genomes" collection of geographically-diverse, wild yeast isolates. I am specifically interested in the contribution of extrachromosomal genetic elements (mitochondrial/viral) to phenotype, using high-throughput assays, population genetics and SNP genotyping.
