I know Sriram since my days at Ashoka University where he supported Young India Fellows like me navigate the career labyrinth. Even after graduating, I have been in touch with him and his insights helped me gain clarity during a tough period of career transition. His timely advice came from the first-hand experience, and it helped me build confidence and transition from psychology and corporate to a career in academic and research administration. For anyone at career crossroads looking for wise counsel, I would strongly recommend reaching Sriram.

I reported to Sriram while at Career Development Office (Ashoka University), a period that turned out be a great learning experience for me on both professional and personal fronts. His ability to take on multiple roles as the situation demands, is something I still try to learn from: from being a great mentor, a manager to a team-player, he doesn't let conventional job-titles deter him from adding his best value not just to the organisation, but to every person he interacts with. It is evident from his openness to feedback and willingness to pick up new skills, that traditional ideas of hierarchy, job descriptions & titles do not mean much to him in his larger perspective of contributing to the cause of higher education. In that aspect, he has always been a team-leader rather than just a manager. His attention to details and untiring efforts to ensure he contributes meaningfully to every student's career and the organisation's life has been a personal take-away from my work with him. I am fortunate to have worked under him for my first ever role, as he has set the bar high and given the chance any day, I wouldn't think twice before working with him again.

I started my studies at ESSEC with Sriram back in 2010. While attending classes together, we undertook freelance consulting assignments/worked part-time for ESSEC on its strategic initiatives in marketing and streamlining admission processes for Indian students. Three years later, I am very happy to see the results of our hard work as the initiatives have now been successfully implemented and have been showing strong consistent results. Sriram is very hardworking. His approach to problem-solving includes both the big picture long term view and the granular grass root level detail. This leads me to believe that he has a great successful career ahead. I wish him luck for his future endeavors.
