Adhithya's work at Ather spanned 3 cell form factors (Prismatic, Pouch, Cylindrical), 3 different iteration of the Ather 450's battery and the integration of the motor into the vehicle. Very few engineers in the EV space have that kind of experience to speak about. He has the ability to independently churn out battery pack designs across form factors in a matter of days whilst also possessing exceptional analytical skills. As the earliest member of Ather's Battery team, Adhithya shaped the Ather 450's battery design and its two subsequent production iterations. In the process he saw what it takes for a startup to take its preliminary design to the market and then improve it; another unique perspective that few people have the privilege of having seen. Adhithya was an integral member of our team ensuring that we always had diversity of ideas and questioned the status quo. He was always on the lookout for the state of the art and initiated many organic conversations around new tech in the team, some of which found their way into the pack design. These cultural traits Adhithya brought, gave the team the courage and imagination to take unconventional design paths that make the 450X's performance numbers today possible. Adhithya brought the passion of a Formula 1 engineer to Ather's battery team. Adhithya's knowledge, experience, drive and skills would make him an invaluable addition to any EV powertrain team and I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a consummate EV powertrain engineer in a snap.

Adhithya is a gifted engineer with the rare combination of being creative and detail-oriented. Despite the flat team structure, he naturally turned into the linchpin who was at the center of all design decisions and was the primary interface with teams building the rest of the vehicle. He would be a valuable asset to any new product development team.
