Srinivasa Rao Nalluri was my senior. We had the opportunity to work on the same project. We had joined the organisation at the same time. I got to learn so much working with Nalluri. He is technically very strong. He helped the project team migrate legacy application to modern technologies. Along with his technical skills he was also good at interpersonal communication. He bonded very well with the team. I would love to work with him again in future.
Nalluri,as we call him, is far beyond from being just a programmer. His expertise and maturity had always been present in every process - be it agile/scrum methodolgies, triaging bugs, impact analysis, prioritising tasks, estimation (the most where we fought :) or others.. He has been a self learner with good leadership skills. Srini will be an asset to any company or a team, he works for. A complete team and an army in himself. Currently working in Finance applications related to My order application. My Order enables to purchase goods and services on behalf of Microsoft. Depending on what you are buying, you can buy via the Catalog (set # suppliers and selected goods). worked on HR applications related to Global Talent Acquisition Domain for Microsoft. we are using 3rd party applications like ICIMS for ATS (Applicant Tracking System and phenom for GCS (Global Career Site) and we have custom applications for HR Core functionality like Position and Profile creations. We have Integration applications between all three kind of applications and implemented using Azure functions as server less computing mechanism. These application helps Microsoft to recruit on open positions, release offers, scheduling Interviews and providing interview feedback, screening profiles etc.Worked on Rewards and Performance Management. these application used by HR business to configure budgets and allocate to teams. Managers provide impact of the employee and based on rules, budgets are allocated to employee. In this application we have many scenarios are complex in design, below are some examples.*. Calculating Budgets for group level and based on geo and Industry avg for that geo location*. Same Dashboard for Immediate manager to CEO, so loading employees from ranging 10 to 1.25K.*. When managers are working impact for particular employee, showing budget calculations at employee level and org level.*. leave of absence and work on behalf scenarios.Designed Insights application for HR BI system, using this system we have modernized analytical reports than traditional static kind of reports. This application implemented ans plug and play model with no SQL implementation. Architected Data Ingestion services for data lake.

Microsoft uses 3rd party application ChangePoint for contract and project creation for Professional services, Resource Management and Time tracking are custom applications created by Microsoft. Microsoft moth end revenue recognition by consolidation all these data and final invoices created for Microsoft Services. These projects learned me on working with 3rd party team for enhancements and troubleshooting issues. Managed big vendor team for these applications, which also taught me learning on managing team on different Geo and different external companies at the same time.
