Roles and Responsibilities Supervising hard/soft facilities management services, managing maintenance team for onsite operations and action plans through CAFM Managing work orders/service requests/complaints through the CAFM system Working on PDA mobility devices like installation, configuration, distribution to various FM Operational Sites Personnel / Support, and so on Planning and organizing Reactive/Corrective/preventive maintenance programs and ensuring delivery of services in compliance using the CAFM mobile app. for transferring/updating/completing data from the Main Source Portal. Tracking outsourced subcontractors and ensuring the services as per SLA and conducting weekly/monthly/yearly audits to examine the condition of assets Collet locations and asset data and prepare the same in the required template in order to process and maintain the assets in CAFM and process PPM Schedule as per the contract scope of work. Developing method statements for the MEP equipment’s Planning & implementing take-over of new buildings; resolving all DLP snags before the end of DLP; coordinating with consultants for any amendments. Negotiating prices with sub-contractors for SSM types of equipment to provide better Value Engineering Formulating Energy Management Program to cut down unwanted utility costs; managing hard & soft service providers Accessing KPIs and adherence to SLA of contracts; preparing quotations/offers for extra works and executing without additional costs. Reviewing third-party inspection certificates for external cradles (glass cleaning) and elevators twice a year Regular meetings with clients for site-related operational issues Deploying workforce based on maintenance strategic requirements. Maintaining a working environment in line with OHSAS-18001 requirements and Ensuring implementation of ISO 9001:2015 Preparation of MIS Reports – Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Preparation of CAFM Presentation in PowerPoint / Excel Dashboard Show less
