  To maintain Quality Management System and ensure continuous improvement of the quality systemMonitor the overall competency of the quality assurance team in the areas of measurement, inspection and defects prevention measures.Supervising, guiding and training quality assurance team. Prepare and review the quality assurance reports, records and documentation are up to date, on time, accurate and relevant.Monitor the quality assurance equipment to ensure the accuracy with high efficiency in delivering expected quality results.Monitor and resolve the non-conforming of in process product and end product.Conduct and support internal audit and external audit with regards to ISO 9001 and ISO13485 to ensure compliance and ongoing system implementation.Participate and contribute effectively to the periodical quality review.Work closely with higher management and update on the performance of the Quality Management System and give recommendation for continuous improvement.Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these requirements met.To respond to customer quality issues and work with customer to quick resolve these issueResponsible to file and investigate all the customer complaints and follow up timely reply by concerned department.To perform validation audits on corrective actions committed and follow-up on any continuous improvement actions to ensure effective implementation.To work closely with production and provide technical support for quality related subjects.Responsible for implementation, monitoring, maintaining and achieving quality objectivesLiaise with Certification Bodies on ISO certification and attend to issues raised during external auditParticipate in Material Review Board (MRB) to review and disposition of nonconforming products.Conduct vendor evaluation audits.To work with R&D for the validation process.Attend customer’s meeting and conference all from customer.
