• Analyze, solve and implement Poke-Yoke for preventing mismatch of a component in Engine Assembly Line. • To identify the workstation with deviation from the given takt time, a bottleneck analysis has been conducted. • The bottleneck has been analyzed for its respective causes using FMECA (Failure Modes Effects Critical Analysis). • The visual assisted Poke-Yoke was proposed to reduce the process time and ensure that it was error- proof as well.
