Currently I am undergoing Technical Writing Course in Winprotech IT solutions.I have learnt various aspects and basic process of Technical writing.I have learnt and various aspects of how to create User manuals, Installation guides, admin guides, Training manuals, Trouble shooting manuals.I have learnt various authoring and publishing tools such as Microsoft Word, Adobe Robo Help, Adobe Frame Maker, Arbor text Editor.I have learnt various image capturing tools such as Snag IT, Adobe Photoshop.

Managed up to 4 projects being worked on at any one time.Creation and revision of various User Manuals, Authoring Manuals, User Guides and other forms of Technical documents.Put together complete project plan including schedule and risk assessment.Work closely with the customers to achieve OTD and the required quality standards.Maintain risks and issues register, produce weekly report for the projects, and report on progress to senior management at regular intervals.Team management, co-ordination, scheduling and tracking of work.Coordinating with the clients for the Delivery, Work Orders etc.Attend meetings with customers. My representation was to ensure the customer of any enhancements in the projects and that my teams were aware of the change of processes.Review all project documentation including test plans, technical specifications and the quality documentation.Produce project status updates.Quality Check to meet the customer requirement without missing Schedule for all the deliverables.Do Impact Analysis and creation of the work Orders for different ATA's for the respective customers.Review technical documents/Illustrations for accuracy and completeness to latest Aerospace industry standards.Controlling the quality by doing the final check for all the deliverables.Conducting Training program and practice sessions for the fresh recruits.Knowledge of Quality Management System related to Aerospace Technical Publications (EN9100/ISO9001, AS9100 Rev C).Knowledge on S1000D, iSpec2200, ATA100, ASD STE, Arbortext Editor, Adobe Frame Maker.
