Srikanth is a good learner. I did work with him in one of the Project where he was able to perform his assigned tasks. He is a good team player and has excellent interpersonal skills.

Srikanth worked on a fairly abstract project during his internship and it must be said that he did an outstanding job on it. He was part of my team and the particular project assigned to him was something that ideally would not only require prior analytics experience but also required him to play a techno-functional role of being a product manager combined with a solution architect frame of mind. He came from a pure play software development background and was unaware of all the necessary nuances that this project might need. While initially he seemed overwhelmed, by week 3 he owned this project. We would have regular brainstorming sessions wherein it became apparent that he was extremely comfortable being challenged in multiple ways. He eventually executed savvy competetitive intelligence, sized the market opportunity and collaborated across multiple teams and functions. The final output of his work was a beta product with high sales potential that the firm has decided to invest in to create a brand new service offering. It is a testament to his calibre given he had no prior data science or product management experience. I highly recommend his work quality and wish him the best of luck in his future endeavours. I am sure that he will be a more than capable asset wherever he chooses to go.
