I have known Sreeram since 1999. It has been my privilege to work with him in a start-up that AK Aerotek was then. A start-up needs people who are innovative, hard working and willing to take up challenges. Sreeram has proven to have all three characteristics. In 1999 he was deputed to work at a customer location to work on verification of FADEC software. He came in for high praise from the customer. In fact, Sreeram was one of the two deputed to the same customer location to take up Low-Level Design for FADEC. Not many engineers in India has had that privilege. Besides his technical skills he has good managerial capabilities. He has always executed his projects on time and in good quality. He is an asset.
