Mechanical Erection of Steam Turbine Equipment of 2x800MW coal fired thermal power plant equipment and Air conditioning package equipment. Present role is to coordinate various erection activities like monitoring material supply, manpower planning and management, dealing with variety of roadblocks, dealing with day to day project dynamics, sensitizing design team for timely inputs, sensitizing juniors on target time importance, motivating the erection agency, sensitizing superiors for timely support, contract management and documentation, obtaining statutory clearances , correspondence with contractor, looking into safety aspects etc. In one line – erection activity is like taking care of all needs of tender baby and nurturing it to a responsible citizen - till it evolves into a final project that delivers utility to society.
