  Responsible for leading the organization in achieving its mission, and fulfilling its purpose. I am responsible for all fiscal management and reporting to our fiscal sponsor, creating our annual budget, and balancing our budget through implementing a successful fundraising campaign and grant writing. I conduct our recruitment, hiring, and training process, and manage our staff team responsible for implementing our summer programs.
