I had the pleasure of working with Spriha at HPE/Aruba Networking. She was a test engineer and was responsible for testing the web interface my team was developing for a networking device. She was tireless and relentless - in a good way - and worked intently to help us find flaws in our software. She is dedicated, driven, articulate, professional, innovative, and an excellent communicator. I got to know her a little bit personally during the course of our project and discovered that besides being great at her job she is also an exceptional individual. I was sorry to hear that she was leaving us for graduate school, but happy for her that she is shifting to the next chapter in her career. She won't shrink from any challenge, and anyone who has an opportunity to work with her in the future will soon be wondering what they ever did without her.

I first met Spriha when I joined HPE-Aruba in 2017 as an engineer fresh out of college, during which she mentored and guided me up to speed with the technology stack used. Interacting with her over my time taught me a lot with respect to time management, understanding the vision of the product, and working as a team towards a common goal of creating a better solution for the customer. Above all, I was impressed with Spriha’s ability to quickly scale up and understand the requirements of the product and along the way build meaningful professional relationships with the people she interacted with. In an industry where networking is key, Spriha taught me the importance of building such relationships, takeaways which I use to this date in my current work. She would certainly be a true asset to any organization and team, elevating the team towards its goal in every way possible.

Owned overall strategy, development, and success of Tessera Management Console (TMC) throughout its lifecycle. TMC is a new SaaS product aimed at enabling remote management and provisioning of device fleets for internal customers. By spearheading this initiative, we anticipated a remarkable reduction in overhead costs, estimated to be approximately $5M. To ensure the project's success, I prepared PR (Public Relations) and PRD (Product Requirement Documentation), capturing valuable feedback that significantly influenced the product's direction and feature set. I actively contributed to discovering, researching, designing, and developing comprehensive product strategies, competitive analysis, success metrics, MVPs, MLPs, and roadmaps for TMC. This collaborative effort resulted in an impressive 80% improvement in effort efficiency. By actively engaging with customers and gathering their valuable insights, I crafted compelling user stories and personas, guiding our engineering and UX teams in creating solutions that effectively addressed the customers' most pressing pain points.
