  Showsage provides hardware and software multimedia solutions for large format displays as used, for example, in sports stadiums and amusement park properties. I was directly responsible for intake and inventory management, computer building and repair, software management and testing, and product packaging for shipment as well as direct deliveries to local customers. Worked with customers such as Disney, the Field Museum of Chicago, and the Museum of Science and Industry of Chicago. I also managed a large inventory reorganization project in 2019, during which I consulted the other employees and considered our process for building and shipping our product. Then I designed and implemented a new more efficient and user-friendly inventory management system allowing more space for more products to be built simultaneously. It should be noted that I only worked at Showsage during the summers of 2018 and 2019, not year-round.

  Cleaned cars as a lineman and was selected to undertake multiple custom car detailing jobs. As a lineman I would often communicate with customers to help understand what they wanted from our services and how to best do so as efficiently as possible. As a detailer, after the location manager completed the consultation with a customer regarding the detail job, I was left to decide how to approach their requests and to perform the necessary detailing.
