It didn’t take much time for Spencer to get acclimated to the corporate culture and for his summer internship team to completely adopt him as a regular employee. His ability to grasp new concepts along with an ability to build rapport with people of all ages is admirable. Spencer was able to shine in an area that he was not familiar with before starting at ExactTarget; Sales Enablement. His involvement outside of the office (softball games, golf tournaments) showed his enthusiasm for work and desire to ‘go all in’. Spencer is a huge value add to any team.
