As a SAS programmer/statistical analyst, my responsibilities are to support statistics staff by generating tables, figures, and listings to deliver to sponsors, particularly based on CDISC SDTM, particularly in the realm of oncology. Responsibilities: • Use SAS Programming to extract data, perform basic data management, and generate clinical trial data listings and other tables and publications when needed • Use safety and efficacy health data from InForm together with SAS to generate patient profiles • Annotate CRFs of clinical trials • Use SAS Programming and Excel to map EDC datasets to CDISC SDTM standards • Use SAS Programming to quality control tables of other programmers • Support define group by creating and QC SDTM and ADaM define packages • Ensure programming output is in compliance with Protocol and SAP • Follow all SOPs and Regulatory Requirements • Ensure all of my SAS programs, macros, and systems have good documentation Major Accomplishments: • Saved the company $1000s by using SAS to write a tool that automatically checks define file value-level ‘where’ clauses in a visual way.
