 Supervise swim activities to ensure that policies, guidelines and safety procedures are followed.  Warn swimmers of improper activities or dangers  Administer first aid in the event of injury, rescue swimmers in distress or danger of drowning, and administer CPR and/or artificial respiration, if necessary.  Inspect pool facilities, equipment, and water to ensure safety and usability.  Supervise and assist in cleaning the pool and related facilities and equipment, conduct water tests and chart results of tests, record water accidents, and add chemicals as needed.  Perform administrative tasks of supervising and guiding other pool staff members Show less
