Working alongside the Youth Offending Team, I was responsible for the case management and sentence planning within HMP Parc and YOI. I designed and oversaw a unit-wide behaviour management intervention (token economy) whilst designing multiple one-to-one behaviour management interventions. In this role, I achieved an award for Innovative Practice, due to designing and implementing a token economy as a behaviour management strategy for low-level, high-frequency disruptive behaviour.
