      Head hunted to develop and implement a completely new strategy for new and used cars. The stock profiling policy implemented has decreased overage stock from 48% to 21% with target of 10%. In addition Autotrader search appearances are up 98% compared to 1st August 2018 and full page advert views are up 58%. Currently YTD we are 300 new and used car sales ahead of last year. Created and launched a sales league with incentive event across the 15 dealerships. Tasked to ensure the group hits both sales and purchase volume targets for Volvo & Hyundai franchises. This includes stock profiling, purchasing, pricing, marketing, managing a team of 13 sales managers and 10 transaction managers to ensure that all franchise targets and budgets are achieved, building and maintaining a relationship with key partners and implementing sales enhancing tools such as call monitoring and videos. Developed and negotiated a trade sale through Manheim which I attend on a weekly basis and manage daily. This development has saved Endeavour £200,000 through the financial year. Show less
