  I am presently a member of the Showplace ICON Theatres and Kitchen of Mountain View Management team, de-escalating guest complaints and directing the associate-level employees throughout the day to maintain quality customer service. I personally oversee ordering of bar stock from multiple vendors and inventory all sellable theater products every other week using a combination of Excel spreadhseets and Vista theatre software. I use Microsoft Outlook and related programs to keep in touch with the team and attend remote meetings as required. I'm a team leader who can quickly adapt to new responsibilities and updated features in our various systems to satisfy guest needs. I have, at various times, had to open and close the daily operations, manage events, expedite food orders, contact maintenance and emergency services, report injuries to corporate, issue performance coaching forms, perform new hire orientation, and cover any station from backoffice to bartending.
