      Psychological Services Center (PSC) is a community-based mental health clinic that serves the greater San Francisco Bay Area. We believe that mental health care is a human right. We provide professional psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and groups on a sliding-fee scale. We also offer psychological assessments for a broad-range of mental health issues. We welcome people of all ages, identities, and economic, spiritual, and ethnic backgrounds.• Provide weekly Psychodynamic therapy to a client load of 10 individual clients• Client load includes both male and female-identifying, ages 23-57, Latino, Asian-American, Pacific Islander, ranging from psychotic and borderline to neurotic organizations• Client challenges include depression, anxiety, lack of self-motivation, cognitive limitations, sexual abuse/trauma, grief, marital separation, and compulsive behaviors• Engage in weekly group supervision with 3 other trainees, clinical director, and post-doc intern• Engage in weekly analytic didactic training• Engage in weekly case conferences and present cases with transcripts and recordings for 2 weeks each semester• Engage in weekly individual supervision with a Relational/Analytic orientation• Receive new client intakes during phone shift 3 hours per week• Engage in logistical elements of running a clinic during weekly business meetings
