As an admissions counselor, I'm responsible for managing Indiana Wesleyan University's recruitment efforts for our local region. In each academic cycle I work alongside approximately four hundred prospective students, guiding and supporting them as they work through the admissions process.When I accepted the role as Senior Admissions Counselor I became the admissions liaison for both Nursing and Engineering divisions. This entails working alongside each division to brainstorm and implement specific strategies to enhance recruitment efforts.

As Program Coordinator, I worked closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in developing treatment plans for children with ASD. I ensured treatment plans were appropriately enacted by the registered behavior technicians working with each client. As well, I led training for all new registered behavior technicians hired by the company.
