During our time working together Stratos reduced company overhead and improved the efficiency of his department all while maintaining a reputation as the primary reference for all matters related to electrical engineering. From complex control system design and troubleshooting, to explaining advanced electrochemistry concepts. If Stratos did not know the answer to a problem he worked diligently to find not only the solution, but the theory behind the solution so that should a similar problem arise a future employee would not have to start from scratch. Not just an engineer, Stratos was a teacher and mentor to the company.
