  Project Title: Mapping the competencies and emotional intelligence of the different levels of employees at Infinity Infotech Parks Limited, Kolkata. Duration: 3 months Project Description: By dint of competency mapping tool, I assessed and determined strengths of an individual worker and in some cases, as part of an organization in order to find out perfect combination of strengths in different workers that could form the most effective teams with an output of highest possible quality. I created a competency pool which will be used for recruitment, performance management, promotions, placements, training needs identification and transfer of skill and ability from one area to another.
