Later on I would move into a research position on a government grant project as a 3D motion capture animator which was also Souphia’s old job while she got promoted to animation lead. Souphia’s innate ability to understand motion and the principles of animation has made her a force to watch out for in the industry. Her cheerful personality masks her vigilance in observing life in motion to further evolve her animation skills. As an animation lead Souphia is a pretty laid back lead allowing people experiment with their animations and providing constructive feedback on work.
