Souphia is a brilliant artist and a confident communicator of ideas. She has been an integral member of every team I have seen her on—consistently drawing the best out of her teammates and the projects they endeavor to bring to life. She knows how to take ownership of a project and share credit with others; able to balance priorities and win allies while performing with excellence. Souphia is flexible enough to utilize both creative and strategic thinking when tackling hard problems. She is adept at expanding knowledge, researching new skills, designing novel solutions, and understanding complex systems. I have witnessed her expertly bridging communication gaps, identifying cross-department opportunities, and designing vital feedback loops between and within teams that lead to more innovative approaches and more informed design choices. Her aptitude for bringing people together inspires camaraderie and she treats others with care and respect, fostering the kind of company culture where great things happen. Souphia is organized, intelligent, and passionate, designing beautiful art and adapting new and unique workflows and mindsets wherever she goes, she would be an invaluable asset to any organization.

There are few people in the work force that I’ve literally followed from one job to another. It just shows how much of a fan I am of working with Souphia Ieng. Her talent as an animator and artist has made me a fan for many years. I first met Souphia when she was training me to take over her position at the university student newspaper. Later on I would move into a research position on a government grant project as a 3D motion capture animator which was also Souphia’s old job while she got promoted to animation lead. Souphia’s innate ability to understand motion and the principles of animation has made her a force to watch out for in the industry. Her cheerful personality masks her vigilance in observing life in motion to further evolve her animation skills. As an animation lead Souphia is a pretty laid back lead allowing people experiment with their animations and providing constructive feedback on work. Under her leadership I have definitely improved my animation skills. A critical thinker Souphia tackles obstacles in the way of preventing her or her coworkers from completing the work. She is efficient and self motivated. If you love cats, knitting, and robots then I highly recommend Souphia Ieng, as she would make a great addition to any team she is a part of.
