Here I was the first Hardware Engineer of this company to support their parent company namely Golden Trust Financial Services (GTFS), the then it was a corporate agent of all renowned insurance companies of India. I had to manage and provide hands on support for the following for GTFS.... hardware inventory, purchase of Computer hardware and peripherals, systems support of 275 branch offices spread accross the country, hands on support of about 300 PCs in head office, support other 5-6 branch offices within the city. Beside of this the I had to look after here the networking part & UPS systems of entire HO and other offices as well. In a nutshell, I had performed the role of a key member of computer hardware and networking in this company.
