Currently 60% of PPI’s business derives from MFI’s and banks referral. - Provided support our sales & marketing department to do staff recruitment and orientation to boost the products selling. - Supervised Underwriting Department on every quotation, contract validation according to authority limit. - I helped claims manager to create claims manual and put as internal working process. - Overall control claims department on every claim transaction according to authority limit. - Assisted with the management team to prepare the business plan for board directors & shareholders. - Visited the International Reinsurance Markets and negotiated with the international reinsurance broker to obtain the most competitive reinsurance treaty terms. - Supervised Reinsurance division to make sure the risks and loss bordereaux are properly input and on time declared to the reinsurers - Supported and Provide training to all staff when needed. - Provided training to all staff on insurance policy and reinsurance program. - In overall, I have leaded around 40staff under my supervision.
