In any job I’ve ever held, I have never seen somebody have a more positive impact on morale, wellbeing, and, ultimately, productivity, than Sossi had at Lyric. I founded the first ever Director of Thoughtfulness (D.O.T) program to aid in employee retention and overall appreciation. The implementation of the pilot program at Grant Avenue location resulted in a 90% decrease in employee turnover.
