I have several regular customers which are happy to reach me to make a website, brochures design, presentation design etc. I do believe that it’s a hobby, because my mind is resting while I’m designing. Because of my main job, I take not more than 2 projects a month and often it’s regular customers projects. As for my hobbies, I’m good at web design.       It was my dream to try develop my own business at E-commerce: selling warm and convenient jackets on Russian market. I found outsource factory and made agreement on manufacturing. I had hired 2 employees: SMM manager and target specialist, which gave me leads from Instagram and website both. As for sales part, design, customer service and upselling: I was doing it on my own, and my plans were to hire specialists for this in a next hot season, but unfortunately factory was closed and I couldn’t find better place for making outstanding jackets, so the company was closed. I was an business assistant at 2 different companies (EdTech (zoo psychology) and E-commerce (toys for children)) at the same time. Both wanted me to stay and offered me career growth, but I chose another path. I was successfully helping Russian beauty masters to grow their Instagram accounts on a special course held by Sophia Rozhnovskaya.
