Razvan Mitroi
I have been working with Sorin in two major projects in my career. The first one was the launch of the most modern TV News station in Romania, Digi 24. It was a tremendous work to reach the technical and editorial standards that never been applied in Romania. Sorin was the responsible for implementing the broadcast graphics and he accomplished his mission in a very professional manner. He proved real visual designer skills to accommodate the new challenges of the project. His contribution to set up a virtual studio was significant and he demonstrate real leader capacities to coordinate the graphic team. The second project I’ve worked with Sorin was no less challenging. It was about developing and managing media channels for the Romanian Football Federation from scratch. I offered Sorin the Visual Designer position being aware about his solid competencies. And I do not regret that he accepted my offer. He has successfully met all expectations and earned respect of the organization. I would like to stress Sorin’s creative capacities in the design field. I benefited of his valuable advices in different issues, like 2D and 3D graphics, animated graphic, broadcasting, movie editing, filming, IT and DTP. Despite being with the company for a very short duration (just about 3 months), he quickly stood out to me. He took directions well, I only had to explain once.
