Conducted an evaluation of existing operational processes, including QC and implemented streamlined procedures. Additionally a review of deliverables and data sets produced from all 7 years of the project, including specifying working and statistical reports.

Delivered a business processes review with full documentation, with a proposal of moving from multiple legacy and bespoke business systems onto a nominated system, Xytech Mediapulse. In conjunction with the Business Systems team, gathered all data required for system architecture and set up, with links into the larger BBC financial system. Final delivery culminated in launch of the business system, support to end users and a forward plan for further development of the system over 18 months.
