I’ve had the pleasure to work with Soraya over the past 2.5 years, first in her role as Office Manager of a cluster of 6 West-European countries, and later when she became the HR Business Partner for the Commercial Operations part of the organisation. I enjoyed our collaboration so much because Soraya combines a very energetic, warm and involved personality with an enormous dose of business acumen and efficiency; if the process is not facilitating, she will improve it, without losing sight of the people involved. That’s also why she has built such strong relationships with both colleagues as well as external key stakeholders.
