This was my first formal coaching experience with Sorabh and while I have had tons of feedback and guidance in my career, this was the first time where I felt I could unravel myself as an individual and a professional and really understand what I am composed of then pick up the pieces of my experience, skill and natural and learned instincts to focus on being a better leader.
