      This role entails managing the work in progress of a new truck. Starting from the arrival of the chassis from the factory until delivered and paid to the customer. To ensure pipeline days are met, third party work is all completed on time and to the customers satisfaction. To get everything right first time whilst keeping an open dialogue with the customer, bodybuilders and everyone involved. Ensuring any delays are minimum and communicated. Also Providing accurate monthly forecasting of expected deliveries and inventory to management. Building relationships to ensure the process is as smooth as possible and the overall experience for all is exquisite.

Managing the fuel cards and database that monitors spend. Setting up new starters with their vehicles. Keeping the vehicle insurance database accurate and up to date at all times. Ensuring that down time is minimal on any repairs/faults. In this role I did nit have a team it was just myself so learning to prioritise was key to the smooth running of the company fleet.
