Sophie is somebody everybody needs on their team. I've had the pleasure of knowing Sophie for many many years and seeing lots of her astonishing design work. Sophie joined Support.how in 2017 during a busy and hectic time for us because we were in the middle of a massive rebrand. I was recommended by the team to find an independent designer from a huge firm, however, I explained that I knew someone who would be perfect for the job and could hit the ground running and I wasn't wrong. Sophie's ability to juggle more than one project or task at a time whilst ensure every project or task's ends result is top quality is a skill many wish they had. Sophie's work for us has been as exceptional as all of her previous work and she continues to amaze us all with the creative designs she comes up with. She has really made a big difference to young people who come to us for help and support because her designs are beautiful, calm and loving which is exactly what we requested given we help vulnerable people and wanted them to immediately at home and loved as soon as they reached our site. Sophie is a valuable asset with design skills that are hard to come by. She's also a very lovely, bubbly and caring person and this is reflected in the fact that she volunteered and still volunteers much of her time to Support.how, producing designs for us for free because she cares for others and wanted to help us in rebranding our company with the perfect image that shows more and more young people that they can come to us for advice and support. Though only a creative director for us, she is indirectly supporting young people with mental health through her design work because it is absolutely true that the design of our company and website is vital, the wrong design or colours could mean the difference between whether a young person with a mental illness feels they can trust us or not. A result of Sophie's work means that young people immediately feel safe when they land on our site. This is the same for whatever we put out there that has our logo and graphics on, the logo and graphics Sophie designed. Not to forget that in 2017 our mental health organisation had been recognised and praised by Her Majesty The Queen, The Duke of Cambridge Prince William, The Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton and Prince Harry. The organisation from what we do all the way down to the graphics and our logo was greatly supported and loved by the Royals, again this included Sophie's own work because she designed our new logo! Sophie is the whole package and more. By hiring her you not only gain her talent and skills but also a wonderful person with a beautiful personality and an excellent attitude to work and life. Any company or team would be lucky to have Sophie.
